The Bijou neighborhood is one of South Lake Tahoe largest, located between the Heavenly Valley and Sierra Tract. Within it’s immense area it holds an alpine meadow and the town of South Lake Tahoe’s park and recreation centers. Due to it’s size and location its no surprise that its real estate market remains the most active, representing \ the most average prices in South Lake Tahoe real estate. The area’s price range can be quite vast, however most properties sit right in the middle labeling the average price range for South Lake Tahoe.
