Country Club Estates is Tucked in between Pioneer Trail and Hwy 50 on the left side of Pioneer if your coming from Meyers. This area is primarly home owners with a few long term rentals and vacation rentals mixed in, the demographic is a mix of families and single adults. This may be a small area but its lot sizes produce a vast feel, being some of the larger lots in South Lake Tahoe home owners enjoy a more secluded environment. Tucked away in the center of town its secultion does not subtract from its convience, being just off Pioneer Trail residents have a straight shot into or out of town.
