Heavenly Valley is most appropriately named for its proximity to the Heavenly Ski Resort in South Lake Tahoe. The resort itself offers summer and winter activities to partake in, as well as views that will take your breath away! The real estate market does vary in this neighborhood. With properties starting under 200 thousand, like condos and small cabins, and rising to over a million, which these properties come with impeccable views and modern details. With a strong rental base its a great place to buy a first or second home, especially if your striving for a possible income property, rentals can be successful on a weekly basis or long-term.
