Mountain View Estates is located where Hwy 50 meets North Upper Truckee Rd all the way to Tahoe Mountain Rd in South Lake Tahoe. It is a vast neighborhood that is surrounded by U.S. Forest land, making this area ideal for the Tahoe lifestyle. With many lots backing to forest land its no exaggeration to say you can hike, bike, ski or snowshoe right out your door, with easy access to fishing in the summer and ski resorts in the winter. Mountain View Estates is just a few minutes from shopping center and gas station but is also far enough out of town so the hustle and bustle of the casinos doesn’t have to be a daily occurrence.

Since the 2007 Angora Fire new construction has been revitalizing the area immensely.
