Today begins the US Forest Service repairs on the Camp Richardson stretch of our South Lake Tahoe bike trail! The repairs will include filling holes, cracks and bumps, this should improve the trails overall saftey for all the bikers in our home of Sout Lake Tahoe. Recently our “bike friendly” label has taken a hit by local critics, The South Lake Tahoe Real Estate Group would like to Thank the USFS for combating those claims with a speedy response! There is nothing better than beating the traffic on those busy summer days by taking advantage of our extensive bike path!

Do you see to find that your excess mail tends to pile up at home? Today at St. Theresa School Iron Mountain Secure Shredding is offering their services to the people of South Lake Tahoe. From 10am to 1pm bring all your old files and excess mail to St. Theresa’s for secure disposal. Individuals and businesses are welcome. Donations are appreciated.

Calling all of South Lake Tahoe’s Teenagers! Tonight at the Khale Community Center from 6:30 to 10pm any teen from grade 6 to 12 is invited to get active. The community center is your playground! With arcade games, video games, volleyball, basketball, and will even set up a T.V. for your viewing pleasure. What a fun way to take a night away from home and hang out with friends.

This evening at the Fresh Ketch a South Lake Tahoe locals favorite Ike Marr from “Ike & Martin” will be entertaining beginning at 7pm with another local talent John Chevallier. Ike has been performing with Martin for 18 years, averaging 200 gigs a year. John Chevallier is the face of Lake Tahoe TV’s morning show and has grace our home with his musical talents on air and around town. South Lake Tahoe found Ike and Martin to be endlessly charming with performances at The Beacon Bar and Grill and The Fresh Ketch last Summer. This Summer catch Ike Marr with JT Chevallier every Thursday night at the Fresh Ketch!
