Three years ago we began looking for a home in South Lake Tahoe.  Before finding a real estate agent we happened upon a home listed by Pamela Francis.  We called her and made an appointment to look at the home.  Right away we knew it wasn’t for us.  Immediately Pamela took the initiative and asked us if we wanted to look at more homes that day.  At that moment Pamela became our real estate agent, the best decision we could have possibly made.  We didn’t find a home that day, but just a few weeks later Pamela Helped us find out very first home. 

We only purchased a small, two bedroom, one bath house, put Pamela made us feel like we were buying a mansion.  She took us through every step of the real estate process and was always available when we had a question.

Our buying experience with Pamela went so smooth that this year, when decided to sell, there was no doubt we would have her represent us.  Again, she worked so hard for us.  We put our house on the market and in less than a week later we were in escrow.

Unfortunately, we were moving out of the area so Pamela was unable to represent us as we purchased our new home, but she assisted us in finding an agent in the new area.  Most importantly, she made sure we knew that although she couldn’t help us with the actual purchase she was more than happy to look over an paperwork or answer any questions we might have about our new purchase. 

The best thing about working with Pamela is that she treated us like family.  She was always honest and constantly looking out for us.  Each time we closed escrow she was genuinely excited for us.  It was such a pleasure to work with her each time and we tell everyone about the wonderful experiences we had with her as out agent.”
