Sierra Tract is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe, with access off of Lake Tahoe Blvd or Pioneer, this location makes getting in and out of town very convenient. It’s convenient location makes getting to local ski resorts accessible even on South Lake Tahoe’s snowiest mornings, and is also close to shops and restaurants. As one of South Lake Tahoe’s oldest neighborhoods it has been a great place for first time home buyers to start out with plenty options for cabins and chalets that would also be ideal for vacation rentals or vacation homes. Its pricing is low and modest with some mid to higher end prices that are usually more custom and newer built homes.
