Tahoe Paradise is south east of South Lake Tahoe set on the right side of pioneer if your coming from Meyers. The area is surrounded by U.S Forest land and offers ample access to hiking trails, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. I would like to highlight the biking in this area, the famous “Mr. Toads Wild Ride” a popular mountain biking trail begins in the neighborhood along with several other popular mountain biking trails, if the trailhead isn’t in this neighborhood there is a good chance it ends in Tahoe Paradise. This area also offers access to 4 wheeling and dirt biking trails, which are not as common in the basin because of forest land. Tahoe Paradise Golf Course is located right in your back yard, offering annual memberships and special rates.
The homes in this area are a mix of classic Tahoe construction to some newer builds, with a solid percentage of family residents and a mix of long term rentals and some vacation rentals. The real estate price tag starts in the lower end for South Lake Tahoe and raises to the mid range with some high end pricing.
