The Y neighborhood is located at the merge of HWY 50 and HWY 89 at the center of town. Its properties range from low to mid in its real estate and offer a variety of options in style, whether your a first time buyer or just looking for a possible vacation rental. This neighborhood also houses several mobile home communities that provides options for lower income households within South Lake Tahoe. Its location is convient with acess to several hiking and biking trails, state parks and beaches near by and several businesses at your fingertips. With the Barton Memorial Hospital and the High School right there it makes it easier for our locals. Its safe to say that this is the locals side of town, travelers there is no need to be put off, we all go by Tahoe Time!

A New Addition to the Y neighborhood!! The Bonanza Park should be ready for South Lake Tahoe visitors and residents to use as early as the Summer of 2012. It will be nearly an acre and replace the hotel that has already been demolished. The South Lake Tahoe Real Estate Group will keep the updates coming!!
